 MY HEALTHY LIFESTYLE


I consider my lifestyle only moderately healthy, since I eat healthy, but I don't exercise very often. Mainly I would say that this is due more than anything to the confinement due to the pandemic, before I went out more to play and do sports.

I usually eat a variety of foods and I eat little, I always have juices or cereal drinks with milk and I accompany it with bread with eggs. Sometimes I eat fruit between meals, but sometimes I eat bread, or biscuits, even Paneton.

I usually go to bed to sleep very late, at 11 or 12 at night. However I sleep 8 hours, I get up at 8 in the morning, just to change, wash and dress. Then breakfast and I'm sitting for a few hours for virtual classes. I feel that this is a very fair sleep schedule, since the ideal is that we rest at least 8 hours. But I'm used to going to sleep and getting up at the same time.

Sometimes I feel a little tired or stressed due to the time I spend in front of the screen, that's why sometimes I read or listen to music, or also, I usually play with my soccer ball.

However, in general I feel good, I feel that this lifestyle does not harm me much and I also adjust it according to how I feel.
